Anybody else struggle with perfectionism or all-or-nothing thinking while trying to lose weight? I am struggling with this right now along with some fear which is directly linked to a 3 lb increase in the scale over the past week due to an overindulgence in dairy. The fear equates to panic and food restriction, but I’ve also been doing this long enough to understand my own psychology. I guess I’m sharing this to hear from anyone else who struggles as well as to say my fears out loud and give them less power. 🤷🏻♀️ Picture of me…tired after a long day at work (I teach middle school).
