I do Yoga with Adriene every morning, and have been looking to add variety to my noontime break where I try to get some sort of aerobic activity. Lately in the cold weather, the outdoor walking ... although stimulating, it's just not as pleasant. I headed back into the gym and got on the elliptical, listened to some podcasts while I did that, that's not bad. But I was looking for a little bit more fun. Stumbled on fabulous fifties on YouTube. It's a great workout and kinda fun. She has a variety of different workouts available, different lengths and different types of workouts. I did a 30 minute so called walking workout which encompassed a lot of toning as well. My hips even feel better! https://youtube.com/@fabulous50s
