I just did a blood test because I’m seeing my GP on Thursday. I’ve been on low carb/Keto since Dec 2017, but my LDL has gone up in the last 2 years and is high. I’m trying to get it down but cannot seem to do so. Was anyone able to reduce their LDL while remaining low carb? I’m looking for some ideas on how I can reduce my LDL.
