Advice on a goto fiber supplement? Since going LC (including hardly any fruit) and upping my protein, my GI system has really slowed down. My PCP recommends a non-sugar daily fiber supplement like Benefiber or Citrucel. From the Community here, I'm wondering: a) have any of you had to periodically/indefinitely use a fiber supplement b) if so, do you have a favorite goto?
