#newme23 - week 5, item 2 Something I have done well is consistently exercise. I really enjoy riding my exercise bike thru all sorts of scenery & various locations throughout the world! I have come to realize that I really enjoy the outdoor rides rather than the traditional spin class studio rides. So far this year, I have completed 74 workouts! *In order to be transparent, I need to disclose that at least 20 of those are meditations I listen to at night in order to help me sleep.* Something I need to do a better job of is preventing carb creep. I have thought about going back to using my fitness pal, but I have concerns about becoming obsessive about this. Today I talked to Dr. Tro & he suggested focusing on how much fruit (not an issue), cheese/dairy, nuts & low carb substitutes I eat. Great tip as this is much more manageable for me!
