Another batch cooked Chuck roast tonight! It couldn’t be easier to make. Cut up a few lbs of meat (Chuck, short rib, lamb, shanks, oxtail), throw in Dutch oven, add spices (I like cinnamon sticks, coriander, cardamom, sage, pepper, bay leaf, salt), add broth until halfway up sides of meat and cook at 350F for 3-4hrs. This took about 5 minutes to throw together and Dutch ovens are pretty enough to put right on the table to serve IMO! Served along some mussels tonight 🍽️
