#newme23 week 5 post 2 re-evaluate the last month of challenges and identify something you did right and something that can be improved. Share what you learned Sleep. Did it right a couple times, but in the grand scheme it may be my biggest hurdle. For me, getting everyone else on track is going to be part of my solution. Having that discipline for everyone will be beneficial for everyone long-term. Yes we may have days here and there where we don’t stick to it perfectly but having better sleep most days, we will be fine with good enough on the other days.
