#newme23 week 5 post 1 read 3 blog posts in the app and share what you learned I’ve been reading and re reading re listening to the blog posts to remind myself of the right habits and to remember to drop the old myths that never worked for me. Biggest one for me was and still is “When you find your body can handle it, HIIT will really speed up the fat loss.” When I was ready. When I NEEDED to workout out physically. When I NEEDED to get my body moving, it was time to give it what it needed. Not when I was still a mess. Not when I wanted to because I didn’t like the reflection. When I needed to because my body was begging me to move more, carry more, do more. There is some healing that must happen before I reach that point. And that’s ok.
