#newme23wk 5 Challenges: travel for three weeks and then out of town company for a week. Eating out a lot and being very aware of what choices I made. Requesting Keto breakfast at the B n B we stayed at, lettuce wrapped burgers at different restaurants. Ate a lot of plain fish and sea food. No salt, no breading. What I learned: as long as I made the effort to be very specific about my food choices it was easy to stay on plan. Even in a foreign country. Even with company who ate very different. We limited eating out but I just omitted the high carb foods they ate.
