Week 5-2 #NewMe23 The last month has validated my ability to live this low carb lifestyle long term (food-wise.) I have learned & experimented with new ways to keep it simple, delicious and interesting! It’s always the most fun part of my week to make a meal that my non-lowcarbers gobble down with no questions asked! My challenges remain my challenges. Sleep is probably my biggest issue. I do feel like I’m making progress with it though. I’ve been trying different strategies to see which ones work to help me relax & fall asleep faster. Potty time or outside noises are something I feel are just parts of life that I may not be able to completely control. I could probably wear ear plugs but I’m not open to not hearing what might be going on around me & waking up to an unpleasant surprise. So, for now I continue down the path…
