#newme23 Week 5 / 2: Re-evaluate January challenges Something I did well: I found a resistance band workout and absolutely fell in love. It is something I am going to do each week and really enjoying it!!! I appreciate the prompt so much!!!! And, squats and pushups! Started tracking my progress on those, too! Something I want to refocus on: For the longest time, I was was walking for 10-20 minutes after my meal(s) … sometimes one meal a day, sometimes two. I am getting back to that now. I feel better when I walk.
