Week 4-6 #NewMe23 My typical routine for dealing with avoiding eating after my “window” closes in the evening is going ahead and doing my whole dental regimen (flossing, water pic & brushing) as early as possible. That works really well as a motivator for me because I definitely do not want to have to repeat that a second time! Also, any food flavors are gone from my mouth so that seems to convince my brain that “we’re done eating for the night.”
