#newme23 Week 4 / 3 - Fast food choices I did not eat out at fast food this week, but I did cook 27 lbs of ground beef for the freezer today. Found it on sale for $2.49/lb, which is great for here. Drained it and waiting for the beef fat to rise to the top and fully solidify. I’ll carefully scrape off the fat and use it for cooking. The leftover gelatin broth in the bowl will be used for sipping this week.
