I restarted keto about 3 weeks ago, have lost 13# so far. I usually eat in a 4-6 hour window, and have felt fine. No “keto flu” no hunger, nothing. I recently started using a CGM just for my own edification. In the past couple of days, my glucose levels have been 60-70, with a small uptick to the 80s early in the morning. Does anyone know why they would be so low?
