#NewMe23 week4 item#1 Saved the worst for almost last. Did 10 squats, and then 10 modified push-ups with the help of a chair, inspired by Donna Finnie’s Pilates YouTube channel. I have never been able to do a real push-up in my life, and based on my performance in both tasks, my joints are very stiff. I prefer walking.
