Seriously the thing that gets me Good: Pepsi zero (was ok but I gave myself permission to overindulge even more so than reg pepsi) (I was hooked on zero as well) Better: Stevia Cola, not the same “need” for it. I wasn’t hooked and it was easier to move to… Best: club soda on a rare occasion! If I need caffeine I have coffee or tea! I’ve reached the point within the last few days where Pepsi in any form has no draw. It’s back to “sweet dirt”. Very close to food freedom. I can literally taste it.
