#newme23 wk 4 post 1 10 PUs 10 Squats between doing all the things! Its the little things! So much easier to get mini workouts in than reach the end of the day, mentally and physically wiped out from just the stress and try to do a full workout. THIS is the BEST habit to get hooked on! Gonna stash some dumbbells around my usual chore haunts to squeeze in some arm and shoulder work as I go next week!
