#newme23 #2~Good - quest options, nuts , cheese, Coke Zero, decaf tea w/ stevia. Better~ cold cut rollups with cheese. Yogurt w/quest protein powder, chomps meat stick . Best: eating left overs from earlier, hard boiled egg, water, decaf tea without stevia. This week I made sure I ate enough food during dinner. I planned to not have any snacks after dinner. First couple days I drank decaf tea w/stevia. Last night had a Coke Zero I always have a large glass of water at bedtime.
