Week 4 #2. I want snacks when I'm stressed. A good option is a fat bomb or low farb chocolate like Lily's. I'll even use Atkins brands even though i dont like the seed oils in it. A better option for me is to drink water and have some celery with cream cheese. The best option is to mediate or a short burst of intense exercise. #newme23
