S just completed day 15 of my 30 day yoga challenge. I am confident that I will make the full 30 days. Noticing small things like having better awareness and control of specific muscles/groups. Starting to get the flow of some the moments even though I can't do them as Adriene does. Just like the health journey, yoga is a journey, there is a learning component, a practice component that includes self awareness and gratitude.
