#NewMe23 week4 item#7 For me, it is easy to not eat fruit, because I have never been a fruit person; however, much of my daughter’s issues I am sure are from eating fruit by the flat. For me, I find it difficult to stay below the 20-50g carbs, especially if that means total carbs, because I love fresh vegetables — and I am not talking high carb vegetables, I can give them up easily enough, I am talking about all other vegetables — and also, if calories actually count, I for one love fatty salty food, my favorite part of the turkey (or chicken, or duck) is the skin, I can eat the whole thing and leave a naked bird for everyone else.
