I’m very impressed with this program, perhaps one of the better investments I made for myself. First I took Tro’s advice seriously on how to eat, then the results happened for better health and I lowered my blood glucose and started losing weight. Now the second huge improvement I’ve noticed after I formed a good relationship with food, and have been on autopilot with low carb…. Resistance training- it is the second variable in my journey that has contributed to my next largest improvement in lowering my blood glucose readings throughout the day significantly. The more frequently I exercise my muscles and stimulate them, the better my readings are day and night. I never imagined that eating properly, fasting and strength training would add such a new depth to my health and overall well being. Truth is truth!
