Week 3 #7. As I reread the tips to starting keto I was reminded there are low carb desserts. Dr. Tro introduced me to Lily's chocolate recently. It also reminded me of my favorite dessert substitute. 1 c. Heavy cream. 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder. Blend until peaks form and you have chocolate mousse substitute. #newme23
