#newme23 week 3 post 2 A new protein recipe. I wanted to try one that my family would like so I tried making ‘Greek Lemon Chicken Bowls’. Also from Half Baked Harvest. I heed the warning that too many varying flavors and textures in food make us eat more. So I cut down the very long list of ingredients in the original recipe. I cooked more chicken. Left out the orzo and substituted spinach leaves. I also left out the feta as I thought it wasn’t needed when you already have Greek yoghurt. It just added more fat.
