#newme23 - week 3, item 4 This is a recipe I found years ago on the internet & really like. It’s called stuffed cabbage soup, but I call it sausage soup because I don’t like stuffed cabbage. I follow this recipe, but make it my own. Obviously now I would no longer use carrots or brown rice. For the sausage, I use Bob Evan’s natural sausage. I use bagged cabbage that is used to make coleslaw. Sometimes I have added 2 cans of tomatoes rather than one.
