Week 3-7 #NewMe23 After going through the Weight Loss folder the one thing that struck a cord with me was something that was said very early on in a video. The Blueprint -the plan- in place makes so much sense. -Learn to eat low carb -Then some fasting -Then tackle exercise -Then the stress & sleep issue -Etc… All while having professionals to help you tweak & individualize things AND a community to turn to for some encouragement. Talk about being set up for success. It’s amazing!
