#newme23 week 3 post 1 Delaying my first meal usually goes well. Sometimes I have to drink water or tea to force myself to go a little bit longer. If I am out then I am definitely tempted to feel like I just HAVE to eat. So I go for something in my purse - a low carb replacement. But when I’m at home I can usually go 16-18 hours no problem.
