So I’ve been trying to cut out cream in my coffee and I’ve been drinking it black this week. I slowly weaned off since Dec adding less cream, cashew milk, etc. Usually I shy away from black coffee because it gives me raging reflux BUT I’ve learned that if I add a few ice cubes and drink my shot of espresso on ice, I get no reflux. Does anyone have a similar experience with black coffee? Is it all in my head (always a possibility 😂)? ☕️
