As I'm very new to this I'm very confused regarding fruit.Being prediabetic I've been told to look for foods with a low GI .I've been told watermelon shouldn't be eaten because of this but here it says its one of the best fruits to eat. I also worry about fibre,what do I eat? Can I please ask for ideas regarding fruit,fibre and sweet food e.g.peanut butter. Thankyou.
