#newme23 Wk 3 Post 6 Keto egg cups. I use leftovers, odd veggie pieces, and any meats I have that didn’t make into another meal. Ham and Swiss, bacon jalapeño, spinach and feta, steak and peppers, onion cheddar, basically any combo that sounds good gets popped into muffin tins with scrambled eggs and a lil seasoning. Baked till golden. Freeze for later. Zap em in the microwave. Great for quick grab n go. Lazy mornings or busy mornings or snacks as needed. I keep em in the freezer unlabeled and mixed up because that’s part of the fun Kiddos love em. And they’re perfect little serving sizes
