Week 3-4 #NewMe23 Nom Nom Paleo’s recipe for what she calls “Garbage Stir Fry” is one of my favorites and one that can be whipped up at almost any moment at my house. You can use any ground protein and pretty much any veggies you might want to use up. Add some spices, coconut aminos or some of her stir fry sauce and a splash of an acid (vinegar/citrus) and you’ve got a good, quick meal! It’s on a pretty regular rotation at my house.
