#Newme/wk3#2&4 New protein for me was a skirt steak,very tasty (I’ve eaten other types not this one tho)Fav recipe roasted califlower.. wash,Pat dry rub Olive oil (coat nicely)&salt all over. Roast 30min cover tightly w foil, remove foil & cook 50-60min I melted butterwfresh garlic & drizzled it over my portion
