#newme23 Week 3 Part 2: Try a new protein/recipe and share. Trying a sugar-free jerky recipe with moose. Probably isn’t the best cut to use, but it is what we have on hand. (Moose is extremely lean in general, so this will be an interesting experiment.) Going to use the dehydrator instead of the oven method. Meat is currently thawing, so I’ll repost after it is done drying. Recipe seems straight forward and doesn’t have added sugar or msg. I like the blogger’s tip to pound the meat to an even thickness, because heaven knows my knife skills are sad. lol 😂 https://healthyrecipesblogs.com/beef-jerky-recipe/
