#newme23 Wk 3 Post 1 Intermittent Fasting. Delaying an extra hour is usually accidental in my daily routine. Kids, house, responsibilities… it used to be frowned upon and a reason to binge later on. Now, it’s just me listening to my body. Breaking the mental addictive cravings and feeding real nourishment as needed. An extra hour? Easy. Necessary some days for clarity of real hunger over habit.
