Week 3-1 #NewMe23 I do my very best each day to close my eating window after dinner, almost always by 7pm, if not before. That stops any evening snacking possibility for me. Typically my first meal of the day isn’t until at least noon because I’m just not hungry. Today I pushed out that window by a couple hours. I really only felt what I suppose was “hunger” toward the end of that extra 2 hours which makes me think that maybe I’ll work on tightening up my typical eating window and see how that goes. I do have water, coffee (sometimes black, sometimes w/ a little butter or maybe 1 Tbsp max of hwc,) and/or bone broth during the morning. Mostly for a warm drink, I think. Not sure what is considered to actually break a fast as there’s a lot of conflicting info out in the universe on that. Please share if you have thoughts on the topic. Thanks!
