A Question re: IF and Protein Intake I've been upping my protein intake. I've also been experimenting with a 18/6 and OMAD feeding window framework. I enjoy both and, thus far, am responding really well. However . . . - If it is true that the body/muscles can only synthesize up to around 50g of protein consumed in one feeding, then is it even possible to do IF and meet my daily 150g per lb-of-ideal-body-weight? - Even if I did two meals per day, I would need to consume 75g of protein per feeding. Not only does that sound overwhelming to actually do, isn't it beyond my body's ability to synthesize in a beneficial way?
