I had a very successful work week. Prepping food to keep in my office fridge will be key! It was hugely helpful to have scrambled eggs and sliced steak ready for lunch. I did get a Whole Foods salad bar twice, but steered clear of the melon, peas, corn, etc. I discovered the Love Good Fats Salted Caramel bar, which helped a lot. Other that two large salads and a couple of those bars, it was just meat and eggs, with a wee bit of hard cheese. I’m going to keep things very simple, repetitive even. I work a lot of hours in an often chaotic environment- so simple, fast, and easy is the ticket for me. I finally *really* understand how that environment can cause serious problems for my eating habits. It feels good to be back on track.
