My hubby doesn’t love using the smoker in cold winter temps so I oven baked baby back ribs super low and slow for 12ish hours today and they were BOMB. I roast pork butt this way and it gets a nice crispy crust and so did the ribs today. Success! OVEN BAKED RIBS: 2 racks of baby back ribs, membrane removed, absolutely coated in BBQ dry rub, baked uncovered for about 10 hours at 225F until internal temp reached 195F, then wrapped with foil and increased temp to 300F until 205F was reached (about 2hrs). I was too lazy to add a layer of sauce and then sprinkle more dry rub and broil for a few mins, but this would be a nice addition! You’re welcome! Lol 😂
