Foods I am having issue with is corn tortilla chips. I am eating them. Not good for my blood sugar levels. Sneaky carbs because they are very low sodium. They are in front of me at every meal out. I took a two hour hike around the island ( it’s five miles long and one mile wide). I did my half hour meditation today recovering from my walk, listening to the ocean waves and wind in the palm trees. I have awful internet so the meetings are a no go but I will invite my wife to sit in as she is now going sugar free. #new me 23
