#newme23 Chocolate is always difficult for me to manage. I try not to keep much in the house and when I do purchase some I find I do better when I buy individually wrapped pieces. Having the portion control done for me seems to help. My biggest challenge is night time eating. I do great all day, but I have a terrible time closing my eating window in the evening. I know it’s impacting my sleep quality and weight management negatively. I have always struggled with this, but it’s been worse since my husband died in October. Tonight I’m going to try substituting herbal tea and maybe some sugar free hot cocoa. I’m hoping that’s a baby step toward dropping the habit entirely!
