Week 2 #4 5 minute meditation video on YouTube. How did you feel? #NewMe23 I tried out a 5 minute YouTube Sleep meditation video. It was fine but maybe a bit too quick for me. I prefer using The Insight Timer app (free version.) There are many different kinds of meditations offered at all different lengths of time. My favorite ones are the Sleep meditations that are done laying down in bed with the result (hopefully) of putting you to sleep! You begin to learn what kinds of voices/music are the most conducive to you for relaxation and meditation. Also, it stops when it’s done so in case you do fall asleep it doesn’t go onto another one. 👍
