Week 2 #1 Share a food that’s a challenge for you. #NewMe23 This may sound a little odd but I don’t really think I have a off plan food that is a challenge each & every time for me anymore. I’ve been low carb for quite awhile so I feel as though I may have (hopefully 🙏) overall mastered that. Bread, chips, sweets & candy are not my nemesis anymore. That’s the gift that this WOE has given to me. That’s not to say that I never eat anything off plan but I do always make sure I’m making a choice to have a LIL (life into living) moment. LIL is a term coined by Vinnie Tortorich. If I was going to choose something I’d probably say dairy. Sour cream, ricotta, yogurt, cream cheese, regular cheese, HWC, etc…so many choices! I really love and enjoy all dairy so I am conscious of what and how much I keep around at one time. Every now and then I’ll open my fridge and think…what were you thinking! It’s a journey..🤦♀️
