Difficult to resist is a long list for me! Typically environment and mood and dependent, some days I can resist without issue and some days I cannot: - I’m pretty on-plan at home! Rarely have non-keto foods in the house but some things are still a challenge … Popcorn that my daughter eats on movie night is a big challenge. Occasional leftover Halloween or other candy is a challenge (and the bin lives in the basement now). - Desserts at parties are a challenge. I can resist crackers and breads and lots of party food but desserts get me. - Childhood foods when with family and friends (bagels and cream cheese, other foods we ate as kids or with friend groups) - Fries if they’re on the restaurant table are a challenge, although I can often resist them! - Family foods (like grams cookies, aunts desserts, my grandfathers restaurant food, etc) - Foods (even keto foods) during game play at home. Usually snack during this time but if prefer a -0- snack lifestyle - Food (even keto food) when I get home from work is always fatty/cheesy/quick. Would like to avoid and get right to dinner, although I don’t eat lunch at work so I am hungry. Trying to figure this out. - New/exciting foods are a challenge! I love to taste new foods and different flavor profiles. Keto/carnivore can be kinda boring from a flavor profile and texture perspective. #newme23 #laurenlb
