#newme23 Week 2 Post 7 I slept 9 hours last night. I’ve struggled with sleep since forever, it feels like. I do so much better when I keep screen time out of the bedroom, and drink enough water. Seems like those two things are very impactful. Also my GERD has disappeared in the last 4 months of low carb eating, as long as I end my eating window before 5 or 6 pm. So indigestion doesn’t keep me awake any more. Also if I end my eating window a few hours before bed I go sleep slightly hungry. And that actually seems to help me sleep. Does anyone else find that ?
