#newme23 Week 2 Post 4 I tried the Calm app. Enjoyed it. I felt really tired and calm ! Ha! Also been reading about mindfulness. And it’s connection to addiction recovery. I find it surprisingly difficult to stop my brain from racing to thoughts of my day, my problems, my anxieties and my hopes. As a practicing Christian I find that focusing on God helps.
