#newme23 Week 2 Post 1 Cheese Is one food I find super hard to resist. After 4 months of low carb eating I have consistently snacked on cheese. Getting into my head that cheese is ‘added fat’ and probably makes me resistant to losing weight is hard because it’s also ‘allowed’ in moderation. When I remember that more than 2oz of cheese or other fats are goi g to mean I have to burn through that fat before my body begins to use my OWN fat I do better. I also need to rid my refrigerator of cheese and stop buying it. It’s been a comfort food for many years … so that feels like my last bastion of food addictive behavior.
