#newme23/week2/#7 Tho I do not have a sleep tracker,(interested tho,)I can honestly say I always have gotten at least 8 hours, yes there has definitely been interruptions such as eating food & esp. junky food late, (I never want to do that if I can help it)stressful situations or being sick etc.. could my sleeping be better I suppose so but for now it’s not not bad I think, my exercising & eating plan are no doubt going to make it better
