A delicious quick dinner, 22 mins from fridge to table. Cooked a veal flank steak ($4 from a farm, never had before!) in a cast iron skillet with spices, made a super quick pan sauce within pan juices, broth, butter, and shallot all while I had salmon ($10 from Aldi) roasting in the oven at 425. With a side of raw cheddar cheese and of frozen veggies microwaved for my daughter.
