#newme23 Week 2 7. Sleep for 7+ hours and share how you felt: After a crazy, somewhat stressful weekend of curling parent meetings and running around to find uniforms (our order did not arrive in time), I conked out on the couch at about 7:15 last night. My husband woke me up, so I didn’t spend the evening there. 🙈😂 Slept until about 5 AM. Woke up without the alarm going off and my body was like, “Hello. Good morning. Whatcha doing? Ready to go? Let’s go. Come on, come on. Get uppppp!” Some serious Elsa snowman building vibes going on. I felt great and am still feeling energized mid-morning. Didn’t get as much deep sleep as I like, but still feeling good.
