In my new adjustments in life right now there are a lot of ups and downs. Today I am taking it back to the basics. I re-read The Seven Levers https://community.doctortro.com/articles/23 and I decided to make a plan in my daily planner. I now have set goals to do 18:6 for the next 2 weeks along with a commitment to going to the gym 4 days a week M-Th. I have made plans through the end of March. I know may fail some days, however, I will give myself grace. Now that I have it all documented I can check it off as I complete it. I also won't allow the scale to dictate my feelings and only measure every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Last night was rough emotionally but now that I have goals planned I feel much better. I got this!
